A beautiful winters day blessed us for an afternoon off work to visit Park Hall and recce the trails for the short track champs. Lots of sweet sinuous singletrack, with climbs and descents that could be really steep - depending on how cruel we feel... Only downside was no XC line down a big sandstone outcrop - Red Bull Rampage style hucking only!
As we stood at the top of the course, looking down the hillside with a panoramic view of the Potteries in the distance, Kev from
Goldtec commented "We always thought this would be a top venue for a race" - on the 26th June, it'll become a reality. Clang!
